Caroline grew up in Berks County as a Brooklyn transplant which makes her incredibly sassy, but with a heart of gold. As a teacher, Caroline met Amanda and visited Dressed in Love as part of an educational program on entrepreneurship. She immediately fell in love with the shop's core belief that every bride should have a positive experience when finding their dress.

As a teacher, Caroline values Dressed in Love's focus on bridal education and ensuring our brides leave knowing they made the right choice and found their perfect dress. Since joining the team, she has found a love for bridal fashion and is so happy to be part of the DIL team- her charisma and humor puts our brides at ease through the process, but her teaching background means she'll be asking all the right questions to get you in that perfect dress down the aisle!

Caroline is also the store's Brand and Marketing Manager, meaning she's the one editing those TikToks and Instagram Reels you love so much! Our in house "Canva Queen" loves having a chance to express our shop's personality through social media, since our online presence is an extension of our brand and our beliefs: bridal shopping should be uplifting, affirming, and positive. Dressed in Love is for every bride, every body, and everyone.

Tara brings over 20 years of experience in associate relations, training, leadership development, and strategic planning through her work with a leading transportation company based right here in Reading, PA. Her expertise in driving sales growth, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering community engagement makes her a valuable addition to our suite.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tara is deeply committed to giving back. She’s actively involved with organizations such as the Penske Women’s Network, United Way, Girls on the Run, and Veterans Making a Difference. She believes that being part of a community shapes who we are—and that same sense of belonging and joy should be felt when choosing your wedding dress.

Tara is passionate about helping each bride feel confident, radiant, and celebrated. She looks forward to sharing in your excitement and guiding you to the perfect gown that reflects your unique spirit and love story.

Like many young girls, Elizabeth grew up dreaming of every aspect of her wedding day, from the perfect dress to the little details that make the day so special. Now, she’s excited to turn that lifelong passion into helping other brides bring their own wedding-day dreams to life.

Elizabeth is extremely detail-oriented and practically lives off her overly decorated calendar! She loves planning, organizing, and making sure every little thing has a place, which translates into her appreciation for all the touches that make a dress unique. She understands that finding the perfect dress is about so much more than how it looks.

As a student at Alvernia University, Elizabeth values the importance of in-depth education and the opportunity to continue learning and growing. When she discovered Dressed In Love, she was drawn to the hands-on learning experience and the chance to learn from the team's knowledge and expertise. Beyond the education, she quickly found a home in the ladies at Dressed In Love, whose support, encouragement, and shared passion for bridal made her feel like part of the family from the start. Now, she’s excited to create that same feeling for every bride who walks through the door.

Victoria’s love for the bridal industry comes from a personal place. Having experienced Dressed In Love as a bride herself, she knows how special it feels to be celebrated, feel confident, and truly be yourself. That experience inspired her to help create those same unforgettable moments for other brides.

With a B.A. in Communication Studies, four years of bridal catering experience, and 18 years of teaching dance, Victoria brings a strong background in the wedding industry and a genuine love for connecting with people. Outside of work, she’s a wife and proud mom of three who loves spending time with her family.
