Meet with your stylist
At the beginning of your appointment, you and your bridal crew will have the opportunity to get to know your stylist, share your wedding dress visions and tell us all about you and your wedding day plans! This is a crucial step in your dress shopping appointment, as this will help your stylist navigate our inventory and assist you in making the best selections. We take pride in selecting a wide range of designs, silhouettes and fabrics to cater to the needs of our unique brides. Your stylist will take you through our inventory selection twice – once at the beginning of your appointment, and once again half way through after you’ve tried on a few styles. This will ensure a thorough shopping experience, without becoming overwhelming.
What to Expect at Your Dress Shopping Appointment at Dressed in Love Bridal Suite
Try on session
After you select a handful of gowns to try on, your stylist will escort you and your bridal crew to one of our bridal suites. Your friends and family can relax in our viewing area while your stylist assists you with trying on your selections in your dressing room. Then the fun begins! You will have the opportunity to show your bridal crew any dress that you try on. Your stylist will help you to narrow down selections, answer any questions you may have about each dress and also assist you in finding some accessories to go with your dress of choice.
Say “Yes!”
Once you have narrowed down your choices, it’s time to say, “Yes!” Don’t worry, we have plenty of champagne to pop for a celebration and plenty of tissues to dry your happy tears!
Measurements and ordering
After you say “Yes” and we have a little celebration, your stylist will go over your measurements, confirm your wedding date and review our store’s purchasing policies. Then we’ll talk about our payment process and finally, make sure that your dress order is correct. We want to make sure that everyone involved is on the same page and that all of your needs are taken care of!
Relax and enjoy
After your dress order is complete, sit back and relax – we’ll take it from here! We will handle all correspondence with the designer and manufacturer of your dress to ensure a smooth process. We will keep you updated on any and all info regarding your dress arrival date and when to schedule an in store pick up!
